This weeks episode had me buzzing with excitement. You know, when you just meet someone and you click and they speak your language, and they say things that feel like they're being pulled directly from your brain? That's what talking to Erin was like. Having a strong dance background, taught her everything she knows about everything, but she struggled with portraying a certain image of herself, and who she was inside. But she's no longer letting that hold her back anymore, although she considers herself starting things "a bit later in life," she did what she needed to do in order to work on herself, and get to the point of truly loving herself when she looks in the mirror.

Key Points:

  • Erin believes most things she's learned about life, she's learned in dance class

  • Relationships are hard, but it's important to be honest and put in the work

  • Spirituality helped Erin's life transform, being grateful and thankful has shown improvement in other areas of her life, and she feels everything is opening up to an honest place of sincerity

  • Been teaching dance for 13 years, and feeling like it's time to move on, but recognizes it contributed to her journey

  • Wants to start a dance consulting business, to help others inspire the future generation of dancers

  • Important to recognize we don't live in a scarcity world, and there is enough knowledge and success to go around

  • Erin used to be all about having the best, looking the best, posting the best, being the best and she's grateful for being humbled and realizing her true meaning of life

  • There's a hundred million people doing the same thing, but people will never do it exactly how you do it because you have another message to deliver

  • Overcome by the drive to succeed, led to being selfish in her early 20s

  • Got caught up on the fast-moving lifestyle that wasn't healthy for her mind, body, and soul

  • When you take the toxic things out of your life, you open yourself up the understand what is supposed to come in

  • She used to hate hanging out with herself, and it took a lot of self work but you have to invest in yourself like you invest in your education, like you invest in anything

  • Realized the importance of setting boundaries, and saying no to things that don't serve you

  • She carried a lot of shame with her financial situation, but is being open and honest about it to gain clarity
