The truth episode of this introductory series asks the hard questions when we’re trying to figure out what the truth is. Do we lie to ourselves a lot? Are we what’s hindering our growth, and blocking our path to our dreams? I give an example of a time I lied to myself, and tricked myself into thinking I was accomplishing something, how the truth always finds a way of coming out. And the ways I believe our lives can improve when we’re just honest.

Tell the truth and the people who aren’t worth your time or your energy will start to weed themselves out
The truth always has a way of coming out
Don’t say you deserve something, earn it. Work for it, don’t be entitled.
